Tol2Jávea S.L. does not collect or store any data regarding your payment method, card number or account number. In addition, our servers use SSL-SSH to encrypt all communications and data transactions.

Payment via debit or credit card:
The card payment gateway is a service of Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria S.A., BBVA processes your immediate payment by debit or credit card, so Tol2Jávea S.L. will never receive or request your card details.

Cancellation of orders:
They cannot be cancelled because they are tailor-made and expressly ordered by the customer.

Return and refund:
In the case of services or products made to measure and by express order of the customer no returns or refunds will be made except for defects that cover the product warranty, in this case please contact tol2jávea S.L. through our contact form or in person at our offices.
