TERMS OF ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTATION\/CONTRACT<\/strong><\/h6>

* The products offered by TOL2 JAVEA SL are manufactured exclusively for the customer
without possibility of return, this involves the full payment of
budget to its acceptance.<\/p>

* The customer knows and accepts the characteristics of the products indicated, as well as
and prices, except computer error reported by the company TOL2 JAVEA
SL.<\/p>

* The payment must be made without any deduction, any modification during
the execution of the order requested by the buyer or by necessity for its
correct installation that entail an extra cost will be charged to the customer and does not
cause additional discounts.<\/p>

* Any subsequent modifications not specified in the original quotation
will be invoiced independently and may result in an extension of
delivery time.<\/p>

* The company TOL2 JAVEA reserves the ownership of the goods object of this
budget until full payment.<\/p>

* The client agrees to give us free passage on his property until
termination of this contract.<\/p>

* Tol2 Java SL is not responsible for the
measures provided by the customer for the manufacture of our products.<\/p>

* It is the customer’s responsibility to protect the floor, walls and \/ or furniture of
home, etc … by means of plastic, blankets or similar, this company is NOT
responsible for any damage caused in areas
unprotected during the installation or replacement of our products
.<\/p>

* In case of litigation, both parties agree to the courts of Denia. With
express waiver of any other jurisdiction. <\/p>

* The customer must check that there is no damage to the products offered in
this budget, at the time of delivery, any damage detected should
be noted on the delivery note, no claims of this nature that
have not been recorded at the time of delivery will be accepted.<\/p>

* In case of withdrawal or breach of the customer, TOL2 JAVEA SL may
choose between demanding the fulfillment of the order or the termination of the same, in which case
case, will own the amounts paid on account as a penalty
regardless of the damages or prejudicions that cause.<\/p>

* Any delays do not justify the
cancellation of the order or additional discounts.<\/p>

* For reasons of storage space Tol2 Javea SL will store in its
facilities the customer’s products for a maximum period of 1 year.
After this period without any date of installation or news from the customer, Tol2
Javea SL will understand that the customer is no longer interested and will choose to discard the
Ecoparc.<\/p>

THESE PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE<\/strong><\/p>

* Masonry work, plumbing, electricity, painting, cranes, elevators,
containers, licenses, permits, etc… If these were necessary for the correct installation of our products
, the penalties before the public administration
for lack of appropriate license or permits will be borne by the customer.<\/p>

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE<\/strong><\/p>

* Scratches and breakage of shutter boxes, paint peeling on the wall
during installations or repairs of shutters or motor installations.<\/p>

* PVC or Aluminum discharges will be made at street level.<\/p>

* It is the owner’s duty to warn us of the passage of pipes, electrical circuit and
control panel, state and materials that make up the structure of the house
or premises, regulations of the CCPP, licenses, permits or other possible impediments
that offer problems at the time of installation.<\/p>

VALIDITY OF THE OFFER 15 DAYS * TOL2 JAVEA SL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS QUOTATION\/CONTRACT<\/strong>
RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS QUOTATION\/CONTRACT.<\/strong><\/p>

Responsible: TOL2 JAVEA SL
Purpose: Preparation of budgets and provide the contracted service.
Legitimation: Necessary for the execution of a contract and for the application of
pre-contractual measures.
Recipients: Assignments and\/or transfers to third party companies and\/or organizations
as indicated in the additional information.
Rights: Access, rectification, opposition, limitation, as well as other rights
duly collected in the additional information.<\/p>
